Our History

Praxis was founded in 1996 by Kevin Gerner and Ken Jones.  With extensive business leadership and business management experience at IBM, Ernst & Young, Purdue University, and Dome Systems, Kevin and Ken created a company that focused on taking an organization's strategies and plans from the white board to reality.   

Today, Praxis is recognized as a unique kind of consulting company, focused on project and performance management excellence, to move a company from vision to reality®.

Our Founders

Kevin Gerner is a managing member and co-founder of Praxis Management International. His leadership oversees the strategic planning and management of client initiatives and the careful growth of Praxis and its service offerings. Kevin's more than 30 years of consulting experience includes managing numerous large programs and delivering technology-based solutions as well as extensive management consulting for national and multi-national corporations.

Ken Jones is a managing member and co-founder of Praxis Management International. His more than 25 years of experience includes directing software development and business development initiatives, as well as extensive project management and management consulting for large-scale, multi-year engagements in both the United States and Europe.
