This course will lead participants through the Praxis project manager development model to help them develop their own strategy and map for building competency and a career in project management.  At the end of the class, students will be able to:

• Describe a 3 level development model based on PMI's Project Manager Competency Development Framework
• Explain that career development is integrating knowing, doing and achieving
• Explain the key areas of learning and formal certification opportunities
