Course Description:

Making change happen quickly and efficiently in an organization is never easy.  Many projects fail because the solution is not accepted by the organization, wasting millions for the company and frustrating everyone involved. Knowing that change is inevitable, understanding the psychology of change and using a few simple tools to help projects manage change effectively can save time and money to increase value as well as help those in the organization to be happier, healthier and more effective.

This awareness-level course will teach you the fundamental principles of change management and help you integrate simple activities into your projects that have a big impact on the organization’s acceptance of the change you are implementing.
