Course Description:

Knowing the mechanics of project management is not enough to guarantee successful project outcomes. Studies have shown that as much as 70% of the factors influencing project success relate directly to the leadership skill of the project manager and a well-functioning team. The ability to communicate a vision and move a team and management to that vision are what separate a project administrator from a true project management leader. In order to develop the communication, integration, and leadership skills necessary to move from project mechanics to project success, you'll need to understand how the human element can be the critical factor.
