Course Description:

This execution level class puts theory and practice together in this sequel to Human Elements of Project Success I.  As team performance accelerates, resolving conflict and understanding teammates becomes critical to your team's peak performance.  This course uses DISC and other assessment tools to help students discover their leadership styles.  You will learn to engage and overcome conflicts and how to achieve your team's agenda with superiors, subordinates, and peers.  This is a hands-on class that will take your leadership to the next level.
