The project work is finished - your solution is ready to go. Now some of the toughest work begins - implementing what your project created in the "real world". The new organization, new business processes, or new information system has to be successfully placed into operation before any of the business benefits can be realized.
Our Approach
We see implementaton and deployment of a new product, service, process , or system as a perfect opportunity to apply solid project management, change management and training.
Our Experience
Some examples of our implementation work:
- Project manager for the creation of a new sales and marketing affiliate in South America. This project required coordinating the efforts of major functional groups such as legal, regulatory, human resources, quality assurance, technology management, IT, supply chain and sales and marketing. Integrated the efforts of the various functional groups into an integrated project work plan that achieved creation of the affiliate and filing of regulatory submissions on-time and as committed in the strategic plan.
- Implmentation manager for global pharmaceuitcal company to deploy their document management system to business units throughout their worldwide operations. The largest implmentations included extensive work with Germany and Japan to migrate documents, align policies and procedures and provide training to site users.
What You Can Expect from Us
"Make it happen." "We need this yesterday."
We understand the pressure to implement a new process, information system, or organization. We also understand that implemention success depends upon a solid plan, active and effective organizational change management, and the discipline and attention to detail required for success. No one benefits from a rush to failure.

How to Get Started
First, assess honestly how your project is progressing to implementation. If your team really is ready roll-out what they have developed, some items to consider:
- Who is sponsoring the implementation phase of work?
- Is your solution ready (or near ready to go) - are you sure?
- Do you know what has to change and why?
Have you assessed your organizaiton's change readiness? A strategy of, "they'll change because I said so," is usually an early indicator for failure.
Are you treating implementation like a project - not something that will just naturally happen?
Praxis can help you develop answers to any of these questions and support you throughout the implmentation phase of work. Call us today.
