• Project manager for the creation of a new sales and marketing affiliate in South America. This project required coordinating the efforts of major functional groups such as legal, regulatory, human resources, quality assurance, technology management, IT, supply chain and sales and marketing. Integrated the efforts of the various functional groups into an integrated project work plan that achieved creation of the affiliate and filing of regulatory submissions on-time and as committed in the strategic plan.

• Implmentation manager for  global pharmaceuitcal company to deploy their document management system to business units throughout their worldwide operations. The largest implmentations included extensive work with Germany and Japan to migrate documents, align policies and procedures and provide training to site users.
