Praxis Learning Networks announced the launch of its CAPM® Exam Boot Camp. This intensive training boot camp will prepare new project managers to earn a Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The CAPM is designed for project team members and entry-level project managers who want a credential to recognize their value to project team performance.

“We’re seeing a real need for organizations to assess how their less experienced staff are developing as project team members and project managers” said Ken Jones, Managing Director of Praxis Learning Networks. “PMI’s PMP® exam is very difficult and really only for very experienced project managers. The CAPM certification gives individuals a way to advance their careers and gives organizations a recognized standard to assess their project managers. It is a very good first step in becoming a professional project manager.”

The CAPM Exam Boot Camp is modeled on Praxis’ very successful certification program for advanced project managers – PMP Exam Boot Camp. Through memorization drills, physical activities, and practice test after practice test, students are better prepared to pass the exam in a very compressed period of time. The course uses the new CAPM Exam Final software tool developed through Praxis’ partnership with Measure Twice to create a realistic and challenging test taking environment that comes as close to the real exam as possible.

CAPM Exam Boot Camp sessions are scheduled monthly in the Indianapolis training center. The cost for the 3-day intensive training is $2,450 and includes all study materials, pre-work preparation, a copy of CAPM Final plus breakfast and lunch each day.
