Course Description:

If you have the title but no training or your organization doesn’t recognize project management as a well defined process with standard templates and techniques, then your chances for success are pretty small.

This foundation workshop provides a conceptual framework for the application of modern project management. You will learn why business as usual for projects doesn’t work in today’s complex, rapidly changing business environment. You will use PMBOK methodology and other resources to understand the discipline of project management and learn how to make project management real and actionable in your organization.

Our Essentials workshop allows you to practice techniques on real projects, not oversimplified examples. You’ll get hands-on experience in project approaches that really work.
