The old saying, “plan your work and work your plan” is as true today as ever. But how does planning get done in a fast-paced, changing business environment? How do you create plans that are realistic and acceptable to the business or scientific stakeholders? What techniques are absolutely essential to project success?
This workshop builds on the fundamental concepts of project management to give participants the opportunity to “deep dive” into project planning methods and techniques. The result will be skills that can be used immediately to establish a solid planning foundation for your projects.
