What is Risk-Based Planning?

A Praxis Risk-Based Planning™ (RBP) workshop is an intense 2 to 3 day facilitated workshop that brings the project team together, and answers these basic questions:

What are we going to do?
How is the team going to do it?
What deliverables the project will produce?
What are the key activities required to get the work done?

Our experienced facilitators are experts at eliciting this information quickly and capturing/organizing it real-time so the team quickly progresses through the planning work. Once duration estimates are gathered, we model your project's performance using Monte Carlo simulation to produce a statistical probabilty analysis for your project's performance.
